Products that show signs of use, damage caused by customers, or missing parts may not qualify for returns.

- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Clearance or final sale items (if marked non-returnable)
- Consumable or hygiene-sensitive items once opened
4. Return Request Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide:
- Order number
- Product name
- Reason for return
- Photos/videos (if item is damaged or defective)
Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.
5. Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Processing time may vary depending on banks or payment providers.
6. Replacement Policy
If the product is defective or damaged:
- A replacement may be offered instead of a refund, subject to product availability.
- If replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
7. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to damage, defect, or wrong item, return shipping costs will be covered by us.
- If the return is due to customer preference, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before shipment confirmation. Once shipped, the order will fall under the return policy.
9. Refund Exceptions
Refunds may be partially reduced if:
- Packaging is missing
- Accessories are incomplete
- Product condition is altered from original state
